the insect was your creation? cutting and pasting parts of different insects? if not, i'd like to know where one of those lives - just so i can avoid the country!!!!!!!!!!

No, the insect was intact...the real thing...a bit shocking as I've never seen one of these before. Seems harmless enough but you never know until you wake up with frothing eyes and extra appendages.
This is a Japanese insect but there are lots of beautiful bugs here also...if you like bugs:)
